I would like to thank the staff and Dr Haider for excellent support I received on Friday 3rd October 2025. The prompt way in which my problem was dealt with and issuing of medication, meant I had the a restful night’s sleep.

Please could you pass on my thanks to Drs. Haider and Moore and Sister Richardson for the help, support and advice that they have given me following my acute pancreatitis/shingles episode.
I felt really well advised and cared for and found that the advice given was exactly right. I canceled one holiday and then felt well enough, with your support, to go on the second one, a family re-union in Germany.
So thank you Manor House for top-class care from the NHS once again

I would just like to take the time to commend your nurse Shab. She has gone above and beyond for me and is incredibly accommodating.
Without her I would’ve had to change medication that works perfectly for me just because the appointment booking system doesn’t. I have been a patient with Manor House since 1991 and nearly changed surgeries due to this.
Then I had an appointment with Shab. Her acts of kindness and support have made a significant improvement to my life and mental health.
I believe she is an absolute credit to any medical professional team and should be recognised for her hard work and holistic approach to healthcare!
Finally I would just like to say, after a coloured view due to previous negative experiences, thank you for restoring my faith in primary care! Please don’t ever change we need more nurses like you!

I just want to say a massive thank you to a couple of members of staff at Manor House Surgery Glossop and Hadfield who work on reception for going out of there way to help us with appointment and medication in less than 24 hours for my little girl as we go away tonight and needed it asap

reply: I once needed medication to be sent to Heathrow Airport before I boarded a flight and they had it with me in less than an hour.
They could have easily said no or it’s not their problem. I was so grateful. X

Dear all,
As my placement with you officially comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you all for your support, guidance, and encouragement throughout my time here. Working in such a large, dynamic practice with such a skilled and diverse team has been a highlight of my training, one that has taught me so much and helped me to develop confidence.
I’m truly grateful for the kindness and support you’ve shown me, as well as the opportunity to learn from each of you. The experience I’ve gained here will stay with me as I move forward in my career.
A huge and special thank you to Dr. Haider for his continuous support, guidance and kindness over the past 5 years. You have made my training journey not only enriched but also truly enjoyable.

I've just spoken to one of your receptionists and she mentioned I could email this over, so I wanted to do exactly that. I've had a health issue over the past year that culminated recently, and, long story short, it means I've had to contact the surgery quite a lot. Every time I've been in touch, I've been so impressed by the receptionists! They're always warm, friendly, and ultimately help to resolve whatever test I'm chasing, appointment I'm arranging, or advice I'm seeking. It's been noticeable across all the receptionists I've spoken to, both in person and on the phone, and I really appreciate it! I don't know if you have any kind if recognition scheme, but I'd love for you to reward them if you do, and to pass on my praise and thanks. It must be a tough job but they're doing it fantastically!
