Chronic Disease Clinics/Long Term Conditions Management 

If you have a chronic condition such as asthma, copd or diabetes or have a history of heart disease or stroke then we will ask you to attend one of our regular clinics for these diseases. Your review will be annually in the month of your birth. You can contact the surgery at any point during or after the month and make an appointment within the appropriate clinic, For further information relating to long term conditions please see the attached leaflet. Family Planning and Smears

Family Planning appointments are available in our special Monday afternoon Family Planning Clinics.. A smear clinic is also held on various days throughout the week and can be booked online. 

Child and Baby Immunisations

These clinics are held on Thursday mornings. It is important for baby's long term health that s/he is vaccinated. If you receive a reminder that a vaccination is due then please make sure you contact the surgery to make an appointment

Our services include Cardio Memo, Dermatology, Echocardiography, Joint Injection, Minor Surgery and Ultrasound. These services are available for your GP to refer you to.
